At The Bellaura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in good, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. This condition requirement does not apply to products received defective or damaged.

  • Return Method: Returns can be made by mail using the return instructions provided with your order.

  • Return Cost: Returns are free of charge, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products of the same value. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at help@thebellaura.com before returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
